I've been working really hard on my gift range, wanting to offer something for every occasion and every recipient. All of my items are available with a beautiful branded gift box, with black velvet pad. I've also designed a wide range of colourful image backing cards which can all be personalised, adding that extra special touch to your gifts.
Every single item is made by hand, by little ole me and I want you to be super happy with your order. Should any issues arise, please do reach out directly via Etsy message and I will always do my upmost to resolve any issues.
I do post office trips most days with your keyrings and keepsakes, and usually have a 1-2 day dispatch time.
There are still occasional delays with post, but most services seem to be more or less back to normal. A rough idea of deliver times are below:
UK: 1-5 working days
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Canada: 1-6 weeks
USA: 2-4 weeks
Canada: 3-5 weeks
Australia & New Zealand: 4-7 weeks
