We love the sleek, clean lines of these wedding acrylic signs! This acrylic is a display material that is strong, moisture resistant & visually clearer than glass, not to mention shatterproof!

| HOW TO ORDER |
•. These Signature Cocktail Signs feature a his and her specialty drink. First, choose your size (8x10 is pictured).
• Next, choose your stand choice.
• Last, enter your drink icon(s) from the picture in the listing and enter the names and/or ingredients of each drink. We can add garnishes to any drink but cannot change the color or look of the illustration as these are not hand drawn, but purchased from an artist. If you are planning on 3 or more drinks, we suggest the 11x14 size. Finally, put the lettering color you would like. We can print these in ANY color (except metallics).

• We ship using USPS first class mail. Priority Mail upgrades are available during checkout.

• Once your order has been processed, shipping normally takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders.

Pink Posies and Pearls Shop Policies:
1. Proofing Process: By default, we do not provide proofs for every order unless specifically requested by the customer on the order form. This is done in order to streamline the production process and offer shorter processing times. If you require a proof of your design before proceeding with production, please clearly communicate this request at the time of placing your order and we will send a digital mockup within 5-6 business days. If more than 2 proofs are needed for your product, additional days will need to be added to the processing time as well as an additional fee to cover extra design time. By choosing not to request a proof, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided specifications, including but not limited to design, spelling, grammar, dimensions, and other details. We will not be held liable for any errors or discrepancies that may occur in the final product if a proof was not requested. Our designers have the right to exercise their artistic freedom and professional judgment when creating designs, unless a proof or specific design is requested by the customer on the order form.

2. Shipping and Delivery: We offer shipping services for domestic and international orders. Shipping fees are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Our processing time is normally 2 weeks before shipment. Rush processing and shipment can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us to discuss the options. Delivery times vary based on shipping method and location.

3. Color Variances: Due to monitor variations, colors may slightly differ from the final printed product. Requesting physical color samples is recommended for critical orders. WE DO NOT OFFER METALLIC PRINTING AT THIS TIME. We can print in a gold, silver or rose gold tone, but it will not be metallic or foil finish. If you would like a metallic finish, we recommend purchasing our laser metallic ADD ON to add to your item.

4. Returns and Refunds: PLEASE SEE OUR RETURN POLICY AT THE VERY END.

5. Cancellations and Modifications: Order cancellations or modifications can be made within a specific timeframe. Contact us immediately for assistance. If the order has already moved through our design and/or printing departments, a fee will be charged to modify or cancel the item to cover the cost of labor/materials.

6. Intellectual Property: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have necessary rights and permissions for artwork. By placing an order, customers affirm their rights and agree to indemnify us against any infringement claims.

Color Matching Policy:
At Pink Posies and Pearls, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. However, due to variations in display settings, lighting conditions, and material characteristics, it is important to note that color representations may vary from what is displayed on our website or in our promotional materials.

Responsibility for Color Differences:
Pink Posies and Pearls cannot guarantee an exact color match between the product displayed on our website or promotional materials and the actual product received by the customer. We acknowledge that variations in color may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to differences in screen resolution, calibration, and manufacturing processes.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers with specific color matching needs are encouraged to purchase color samples before placing their final order. These samples allow customers to assess the color in person and make an informed decision regarding their purchase. By purchasing color samples, customers can better understand any potential variations and ensure the product meets their expectations.

No Refunds for Color Variations:
In the event that a product's color does not precisely match the customer's expectations, Pink Posies and Pearls will not provide refunds or exchanges. We emphasize the importance of purchasing color samples beforehand to mitigate any dissatisfaction with color variations. By proceeding with a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept the possibility of slight color differences between the displayed product and the actual product received.

RETURN POLICY:
We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Receipt of Returns: All items must be received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase in order to be eligible for a return.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Personalized or customized items (including custom colors and wording)
• Items marked as final sale

Return Process:

2. Once you receive the return approval, securely package the item along with a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to initiate a return, and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged, Missing or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item or if an item is missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to proceed and ensure a quick resolution.
