We often get asked about veil lengths and which is "correct". It's all a matter of personal preference and style, and there is no wrong choice!

Above are "typical" sizing guides however we ALWAYS recommend measuring on yourself with a tape measure instead of assuming the length you need as your personal height will affect the "look" of the length.

Items that are not considered final sale (above listed) can be exchanged at the return expense of the buyer.

You'll receive a custom listing for your exchange which will need to be purchased to process the exchange with any additional fees or upgrade costs.

Exchanges do not include cost of return postage of the original item, as well as a return shipping fee will be charged for the exchange as free shipping promotion applies only to the first order.

Our items are made to order and therefore have an average of 2-3 week dispatch timeline. Please note that this is in addition to shipping time to receive your order, so be sure to consider same when purchasing.

Express shipping is available for purchase during checkout, however this DOES NOT EXPEDITE THE DISPATCH TIME required to complete your order, it only expedites the actual shipping time of your parcel.

We do have some overstock items available ready to ship, please see our READY TO SHIP section of our store for items that will be available to ship sooner!

We typically do not accept returns on our items as they're made to order specifically for you once purchased. In some instances we can issue a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return postage fees and shipping labels will not be provided.

Purchasing the incorrect size due to customer oversight, or incorrect color is not valid reason for return as we offer color swatch samples for purchase and also offer exchanges to rectify these oversights.

Please contact us however if your item was arrived damaged or incorrect and we can certainly assist in these issues!

Due to the delicate nature of tulle, it will most certainly arrived creased and wrinkled from the shipping process. Not to fret, below are care tips to get your veil looking it's best once arrived!

- Take your veil/cape/garment out of the packaging and hang immediately upon receipt

- Hang veils/capes by the metal comb or pins using a pant hanger, and for cloaks use a hanger, you can also drape veils over the center rod of a suit hanger.

- DO NOT USE a wooden hanger as this can cause snags or pulls if splintered

- USE GARMENT STEAMER only to release wrinkles and pull taught while steaming

- DO NOT IRON TULLE - this can melt and burn your item

- Stubborn wrinkles may take a few passes with the garment steamer while pulling taught

- We recommend purchasing our tulle sample cards to ensure the correct color is purchased

- Most gowns in todays market are not truly white, even if you believe they look white to the eye. Therefore we hardly ever recommend purchasing White veil/cape unless you are sure your gown/garment is a true bright white or it can clash and contrast with any off-white or ivory garments.

- Ivory is our most purchased and most often recommended color choice

- Our pearl tulle Ivory is a light ivory color and compliments most gowns, therefore we do not offer "off-white" in the pearl as it is similar

-Our plain tulle Ivory is more pigmented, and therefore we offer "off-white" in this fabric option

-Not all items are available in all colors or lengths

To ensure you get the perfect desired look, WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND MEASURING ON YOURSELF with a tape measure.

Be sure to measuring from the point of where the veil/garment will be placed ( i.e nape of the neck, shoulders, crown of head)

You may think you'd want a 300cm for the "cathedral" look, however your height will determine the final look and where the train will end, and therefore a shorter person may only want 250cm length to achieve a similar look than someone taller in a 300cm.

NOTE that most of our measurements are in CENTIMETERS

There is no "right" length for a veil, it is all personal preference and style! We offer many different length options, however not all veils are available in all lengths due to fabric differences.

Standard shipping for veils outside of Canada DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING, as well as gloves and sample swatch orders within Canada also do not include tracking.
