Please allow 4-8 business days for your handmade order to be created. Production timelines are currently a little longer than usual due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays).

Here are the estimated transit times for each shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
International Shipping: 7-21 days

Please note that shipping timelines are separate from production timelines.

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, we begin production on orders right away. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order.

You can ship directly to your gift recipient! Our packing slips do not include any pricing or billing details.

Since our products are custom and made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. However, we will send you a replacement free of charge if there is a quality issue.

We want you to love your Phurbaby products as much as you love your pet (ok, maybe not "just" as much, but pretty close)! We're committed to providing quality products and offer a 100% quality guarantee with every purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, flawed, or has poor print quality, just send us a message and we will send a replacement right away. Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

If your order is lost in transit it will be reshipped free of charge. Please make sure that you provide the correct mailing address. You will be responsible for re-shipping costs if your order is returned. A tracking number is provided for every shipment. Please keep track of your delivery date so you know when your order is being delivered. Package theft is not covered by shipping insurance and we are not able to replace at our expense.
