Can my succulent sit in the package until Im ready to gift it?
We do not recommend this. Our plants are alive and require immediate access to air, sunlight, and water. Please remove your plant from its packaging as soon as possible. If you are sending it as a gift, please inform the recipient to expect the package so that they can open it promptly. The sooner you can remove the plant from its packaging and begin to care for it, the better chance it has to thrive.

Issues with broken or dead plant
We would like to remind you that when you order a live plant, it's crucial to remove it from the box as soon as it arrives. Plants are not meant to be kept in dark, airless boxes for extended periods without water.
In the unlikely event that your plant arrives with an issue, please reach out to us via direct message within 24 hours of USPS's STATED DELIVERY, and provide us with a photograph of the problem. Please note that we cannot accept any complaints filed after this time period, as we cannot guarantee the plant's health once it's in someone else's care.
It's normal for minor leaf breakage to occur during transit, and this is not a cause for concern. With proper care, the plant will quickly recover and thrive.
Do you ship out of the country?
I'm sorry, due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not ship outside of the US.
