Dance away your wedding night in a reworked wedding dress with a detachable train! This OOAK size 6 bridal gown was upcycled and refashioned from a vintage 1990's gown.

The lace-trimmed, short 'n' sweet sleeveless sheath dress was made from the original dress. (Photo 5 shows the front of the dress and the bow of the train.) The dress is fully lined and has a slit in the back hemline for comfy dancing at your reception.

The train is attached to a waistband that fastens over the sheath. It has a large bow with three fabric flowers (bow and flowers can be removed, message me) to give an 1980's bustle-like effect. It is trimmed with re-embroidered alencon lace with pearls and sequins.

The content tag is missing from the original dress, but my guess is it is 100% polyester made to look like silk shantung.

The following measurements are taken flat, from side to side, so they need to be doubled for around the body measurements.

The dress measures
bust: 17.5 inches (44.5 cm)
waist: 14 inches (35.5 cm)
hips: 19.5 inches (49.5 cm)
It is 39 inches (99 cm) long from shoulder to hem.

The detachable train measurements:
Waistband: 14.5 inches (37.7 cm)
Length: 66 inches (1.61 m) (5.5 feet)

My size 6 model is 5 feet 8 inches (1.73 m).
Her measurements are
bust: 34 inches (86.5 cm),
waist: 27.5 inches (70 cm) and
hips: 40.5 inches (103 cm).
