♥Proofs are sent to all customers before the order is stitched. If we make a mistake, even if the customer does not catch it when reviewing the proof, we will stitch a new item and send it at no additional cost.
♥If a mistake is made due to incorrect information provided by the customer then it will be the customers responsibility to pay for a corrected item to be made as well as shipment.
♥Because of the personalized nature of our work, returns will not be accepted.

♥ US orders are shipped insured by Priority Mail with Free Gift Box (2-3 day delivery) - U.S. Only!
♥*♥ International sales ♥** will be shipped by International 1st Class Mail. Delivery can take as long as 3-5 weeks, depending on your location. You can opt to upgrade to International Priority Mail (6-10 day delivery time) Send me a convo for information for price. Sorry, gift box is not included with international orders - box will not fit into packaging.
