Custom and personalized orders

All personalized and custom information regarding your order needs to be provided in the 'Personalization' or 'NOTES' section when placing order.
If you somehow forget to do that, please send it to us in a MESSAGE.

Returns/ Exchanges

We do not accept returns / exchanges of personalized items for obvious reasons.

In the event that we do accept a return, these are the conditions:

Shipping charges paid to mail the item(s) to buyer are NOT refundable.
A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the item(s) refund amount.
Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges to ship item(s) back to us.

Item lost in the mail / did not receive

If tracking information shows that your item WAS in fact delivered and you did not get it, please check with your local postal carrier and your neighbors in case it got delivered to a wrong address.
We are NOT responsible for items that show delivered.

If your item(s) do NOT show delivered and you did not receive your order, we will investigate each case, to try to determine what happened to it. If it is in fact lost, we will replace it at no cost to you.

How do I make a change to order?

The best way to reach out to us is via the ETSY Message option.
This way all conversations, regarding the order, are attached to the order.

The shop email account is NOT monitored and we do not use it communicate with buyers.

I submitted my order with a wrong address

We are not responsible for wrong addresses. The address attached to your order will be where your item(s) will ship. There will be no refunds for those item(s).

If it does come back to us, we will notify you when we get it, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges to re-send to correct address.

If the item does not come back and you want a replacement after it was shipped to a wrong address, you would have to place another order with the correct address.

If you need to change it, it must be done before the order is shipped.
You need to contact us using the ESTY Messages option.

We may have to cancel your order and have you re-order with the correct address.
