No, it is not possible to have the PDF files sent to your home address. In order to open PDF files on your computer you need Adobe Reader, which you can download for free from the Adobe website. See the information included in the item descriptions.

Yes, it is. When you buy my original design patterns, feel free to sell the items that you make from them. You bought them, so do with the finished items what you want. I do want to ask you though that you credit me for the design with a link to my shop, especially when selling the items online: www.etsy.com/shop/thecuriocraftsroom

You may print a copy of a pattern or keep a digital copy for personal use only. You are not allowed to reproduce or sell any of my patterns (either digitally or in print). Copies of any patterns/tutorials may not be posted online, either as a complete document or in part.

Yarn sellers: Do not print or digitally distribute patterns/tutorials with yarn sales or workshops without my permission as this is an infringement of copyright.

You are not allowed to pull pictures from the digital files and use them on your website without adding a link.

You can only translate my patterns for personal use but not to distribute or sell them.

I only sell patterns in English and Dutch. Sometimes Etsy automatically translates listings into the language of the country you registered with your account. This perhaps suggests to you that the pattern is also in your own language. However, if you read the listing description, it is clearly indicated that you are buying a pattern in English. Therefore, a refund is not possible.

I'm sorry that you did not notice the coupon code before you purchased a pattern but I cannot give refunds for missed discounts. I will have sales on a regular basis though and always announce them on Facebook and Instagram.

I will check whether there is anything wrong with the PDF itself and if so, I will email a new PDF version to you. If there isn't anything wrong with the PDF itself, I'm afraid I won't be able to send the pattern in a different format.

I'm really happy that my designs inspire you to make other items with but I'm afraid that I cannot help you with construction advice or written instructions on elements that are not included in the patterns you bought. I understand that you're asking and hopefully you also understand that as a professional designer making a living from my design patterns, I have to treat requests for additional instructions as commissions with an appropriate fee attached.

I only give refunds when I'm the one that made a mistake in your order. I'm afraid I cannot give refunds when you bought something by mistake because of the costs involved for me (refund fees). I'm more than happy though to let you choose another pattern from my shop to compensate for the costs you made. Please let me know which pattern you'd like and I will email it to you.
