What items will you refund or exchange?

All items are in vintage and antique condition, therefore, all items are sold in "as is" condition. Please read my item descriptions carefully as I sell items that show varying degrees of age and use. I sell my items as I find them, meaning I do not clean them unless it is absolutely necessary. You will receive them as pictured and if you're lucky, you might even receive a complimentary cobweb or two. If you feel an item was not accurately described or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within three days of receiving your item so we can arrange a return.

Will you barter prices or trade product?

I spend my weekends in my car racking up countless miles zig-zagging through the back roads of Ohio and nearby states. I dig through damp basements, musty attics, greasy garages and dirty barns and have ruined many clothes (I no longer wear my favorite jeans). I do this to hunt down unique and forgotten bits of history to add to my shop and hopefully to your art projects, your home and to your life. For this reason, I do not barter my prices nor do I trade merchandise. I feel my items are priced fairly and reasonably based on research, item appeal, quality, condition, rarity and my investment (time and monetary) in each item. Thank you for your understanding!

Will you reserve an item for me?

I will be happy to reserve an item for you for up to seven days. After the seventh day, the item will be taken off hold and be available to others again.

My item never arrived or my item arrived broken, what do I do?

I take great care in packaging your items to make sure they arrive undamaged. If something should arrive broken contact me within 3 days of receipt with an attached photo of the broken item and I will issue a refund.

All orders ship with a tracking number, if you would like to add insurance or a signature confirmation please message me before your purchase and I will be happy to accommodate you.

Please be sure your shipping address is up to date. I ship to the address you provide on Etsy. I cannot be held responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to me you can choose to have it reshipped at your cost or receive a refund minus the cost shipping.

How quickly do you process an order?

URGENT - the USPS is experiencing long delays due to the coronavirus pandemic and record-breaking shipping volumes.

I ship all orders via USPS within 2 business days of payment received. Tracking and delivery confirmation are included in the cost of shipping.

I drop packages off at the post office Monday - Friday around noon. If your order goes in before noon of that day, it will most likely ship that same day. I do not ship on Saturdays because I am up with the birds and on the road to hunt down more treasures for my shop! If you purchase something Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday it will ship Monday morning.

Please be advised that international orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date as they can be delayed in customs.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes! Etsy will automatically combine shipping as you add items to your cart. I try to find the fastest and most affordable way to ship and will refund any shipping overages that may occur.

I do not include receipts or invoices with any orders that I ship. They are available on Etsy to print if you should need a copy for your records.

VAT taxes and international orders

I am not a VAT registered seller therefore, VAT fees are NOT included in the cost of your item or shipping. You will be responsible for paying the vat tax and any other customs fees/import fees that may apply.
