We will use a next day service with Parcelforce. For larger items for the UK, we will use Parcelforce. We will do our absolute best to deliver on a pre-arranged day by shipping on a 24 hour service the day before. We will never ship your item until we have notified and agreed on shipping.
For larger custom orders, we may need to use a private courier. We will always agree on a delivery date that suits your needs.
If you are ordering larger items and live in London postcodes there is a strong possibility that one of our team can personally deliver in an evening timeslot. Please get in contact prior to purchase should you wish to take up this offer.

FOR USA DELIVERIES:
No duty is payable, as none of the items we ship to the USA are above the Duty threshold. We use UPS to ship to the USA, which is a fully tracked service which will be delivered between 3-5 days from dispatch.

None of our wood is new, as we strongly believe in giving wood a second chance in life, and think the unique character it brings is a special quality which you will struggle to get from big furniture makers.
