SHOP INFORMATION-



[PROCESSING]
Our current processing time is 2-3 business day turnaround time. We will always update the processing time here as it may vary due to different times of the year. If you need an item by a specific date please list that information in the notes to seller box at checkout.

[SHIPPING]
We ship all of our orders through USPS. It typically takes 2-5 days once the item is in transit. We will not be responsible for any delays due to the USPS system. Once the item ships from us, it is out of our hands. If there are any issues or a package is marked delivered please contact your local postal service.

[WRONG ADDRESS]
If you input the wrong address during checkout please reach out to us immediately so we can change and correct it. We will not be responsible for reshipping of items if it has already shipped. If an item is mailed back to us due to the wrong address the buyer will be responsible for repayment of the shipping charges.

[DAMAGED ITEM(S)]
Customer service is always our main priority. If your item arrives and it is damaged please send us a message with your order number as well as photos of the box and damaged item so we can file a claim with USPS and get a new one sent out to you.

[INCORRECT ITEM(S)]
If your item arrives and it is incorrect please send us a photo of your item(s) as well as your order number. We will always fix any mistake that is on our part and get a new one sent out to you same/next business day.

[RETURNS/EXCHANGES]
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

[CANCELLATIONS]
We do accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order.

[CUSTOM ORDERS]
If there is something specific you're looking for that we don't have shoot us a message so we can work on a custom order for you!
