Please refer to my sizing reference in the listings. The best way to choose a onesie size for your baby is by weight not by age. I use Gerber and Carter's brand and they have slightly different weight assignments to their month ranges on onesies. If you are unsure about sizing message me with the baby's weight and I will help you select the best size.

Onesies:

We recommend hand washing onesies because they are hand-dyed and may bleed. If you do wash it with other garments make sure they are like colors.

Jewelry:

All jewelry will tarnish slightly over time and with wear. Perfume, lotion, and water will cause your bar to tarnish more quickly. The good news is our hand-stamped brass bars polish up beautifully with a silver polishing cloth! You can find one at Target! Always store your jewelry in a dry place.

Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door. Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.

Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 15 days of non-movement for domestic packages and 8 weeks for international. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

If you have any concerns once your package has been received by USPS, you may wish to open an investigation either through your local post office, or by calling the main USPS support number at 1 (800) 275-8777.

I aim for the same color with each dye bath, but I can't always guarantee the same finished color ~ which adds to the uniqueness and beauty of your onesie. Sometimes there may even be unevenness or light spots that show up during the dying process, most people love this hand-dyed look but I respect that you may not. If you are not happy with the color please contact me and I will try and help you out. I cannot refund personalized items as there is so much time that goes into drawing, cutting, and sewing each individual name, but I will always try my best to make sure customers LOVE their purchase! Most of my listings have a color spectrum photo which is a good reference of what your onesie color will look like. Check it out before purchase.
