All of our items are made to order. Our production time will differ based on items, but each item shipping time estimate is stated in the listing description.


Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days. Weekends and Holidays do not count as business days:

2-7 business days for apparel products (tanks, t-shirts, etc.)

Shipping time is determined by the shipping option you choose at check out (Standard, Priority or Express).

USA Orders:
Standard: 3 to 5 days
Priority: 2 to 4 days
Express: 1 to 2 days

Canada Standard: 7 to 21 days
Priority International: 6 to 10 days

Fulfillment Estimates + Shipping Estimates = Approx. Delivery Time

The most accurate way to get the size you need is to measure a favorite shirt that fits you best and get the similar length using the size charts provided in the listing.

Length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem of the shirt.

Bust/Width is measured across the bust 1 inch below the armhole, seam to seam

Since these are custom orders, we cannot accept returns if the customer makes an incorrect sizing error. If there is another error with the order please email us so that we can correct it.

Please be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes! Don’t leave them out and double check the digits. Orders are shipped to the address that you submit. If you made a mistake with the address please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Addresses cannot be changed after the order is out the door and we will not refund or re-send orders with incorrect addresses.

If an item arrives to you damaged, please take pictures of the item & the packaging slip. We will do everything in our power to make sure that we correct the issue.

Orders are primarily shipped via USPS. Please refer to the tracking number provided to you during check out to contact your local post office for fees or refunds in the case of lost orders.

To the right is a drop down option for JPEG quality.
Click the drop down menu and change the setting to 'Excellent - 300 dpi - Rich Illustrations, High Quality JPEG '

To the left is a blue button called 'Choose a PDF File' that allows you to upload the files you want to convert/eventually print.

Below the Choose PDF button is the option to convert your PDF to JPEG. Chose the option and you are done! When you take this file to the print shop (Staples, etc.) they can print it to any size option you would like with ease.

Some files will be sent to you in a compressed .zip file for easy sending.

To open a .zip file:

If you have a Mac - Double click on the .zip file and it will open up in a new folder for you.

If you have a Windows Computer running (7, 8.1 or 10) then Microsoft will typically open these right away for you as well. Right click on the file and click 'Extract All'
