Our items are best used within 3-5 days of delivery, however, they have a refrigerated shelf life of 5-10 days (depending on varieties). We recommend to deliver a day before your date of usage so they are as fresh as possible for your use.

To retain and prolong the freshness of your items, please refrigerate your order immediately upon arrival. Store your order between 38º- 40º to retain the utmost flavor and freshness. Enjoy your purchase within five days for the best flavor. As with any type of produce, we recommend washing before use.

We ship within the United States and to Canada.

For Canadian customers:
Please be informed that we only ship Tuesday and Wednesday. Please make sure to type in a note with your phone number for Customs. If you decide to proceed with an order, we are not responsible for how the product arrives or if it is held by customs or damaged in transit.

We are not in the office, nor do we answer emails after hours or over the weekend. However, the ETSY shop is always open for placing orders. Any order that is placed after hours will be processed once we are back in the office.

We are closed for most major holidays, any closures will be updated here.

Once we receive an order we process it and update the ship date based off the customer's desired delivery date. We do ship overnight for next day delivery, however please keep in mind that shipping delays do occur from time to time.
You will receive tracking notification by 5pm PST the night the order ships out. A tracking number will be provided for your records.

All our edible flowers and microgreens are harvested the same day we ship your order. Your order is packaged with ice packs, Styrofoam boards, and paper to keep your order fresh.

We ship via UPS overnight service, Tuesday-Friday, for delivery Wednesday-Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays.

We have a cut-off time of 11am PST for same day shipping orders. We recommend delivery a day before your event. You can place an order up to 3 weeks ahead.

We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, we need a physical address for delivery.
