The item arrived in less than a week and it very nice. It is much larger than I imagined and I’m looking forward to basting about my daughter’s upcoming college graduation!! Would order again.

There was an issue with shipping and I didn't think I would receive my banner in time for my event, even though I ordered it almost a month early. That was in no way the fault of the vendor and they were on top of it quickly after I contacted them. I did end up receiving it on time and the quality is excellent! I'm very grateful that they went above and beyond. I couldn't ask for better customer service and highly recommend this store.
