Our cake toppers are available in a range of colours, and finishes - we have a 3mm plywood option, acrylic (black, white, red, yellow, pale pink, darker pink, royal blue), and our mirrored acrylic cake toppers (gold, silver). Our cake toppers are designed and made by us in the Macedon Ranges (just outside of Melbourne), our cake toppers are dispatched within 3-5 working days from your order being received. We quite often dispatch earlier than this, and if you need a topper urgently please let us know.

Our cake toppers size is based on its width, so all our cake toppers are approx. 16cm wide. If you are after a personalised cake topper please make sure you leave the details you are after in the notes to seller section, as we can't start work on your item until this is received.

*** Important information ***

Your cake topper will be sent out with express post, we say to allow 1-2 working days from dispatch for these to arrive. If they haven't arrived after the two days, please send us a convo through the Etsy website and we will send over your tracking to you.

- WHAT IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT? -

That is fine, we generally say to allow up to 5 working days for us to manufacture your topper, but we currently are cutting toppers on Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays so if you have an urgent order just let us know and we will slot it in. Please though make sure that you add express post for your urgent order.

- WHAT IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT -

While we take the upmost care with your cake toppers, as these are very fragile, there can be instances where they arrive damaged, If this happens please let us know and we will send a replacement off to you upon receiving a photo of the damage.

Yes we love doing personalised orders - Please note however that the details you enter into your message to seller are what will be engraved/cut on your item - We cannot change this at a later date, so please take your time and make sure what you enter is spelt and entered correctly. The way your details are entered is how the item will be made, for example if you enter CHARLOTTE, it will be cut out as CHARLOTTE, if you want it to appear as Charlotte, then please enter it as Charlotte.
Please note that we do not send proofs as standard. If you require a proof before the item is cut, please make sure you request this in the notes to seller section when you are checking out. Once a proof has been sent you have 48 hours to approve it.

Our wood toppers are designed to be single use only, these are no longer food safe if they are used on multiple occasions.

Our toppers are fragile, being cut from 3mm timber or acrylic, and you need to be gentle when handling them. We have tested all our toppers before sending them out (we have a fake cake that we pop them in to ensure that they can stand up etc), so please handle your topper carefully. If the topper is broken during use, we cannot replace it free of charge.

Please note we do not provide proofs as standard, if you require a proof please ensure that this is requested when checking out.

We limit edits to proofs to 3 edits, so please ensure you collate all changes so they can be processed efficiently.

If no response is received after 48 hours your item will be sent as per the proof messaged to you.
