This hat...!!! I have been searching for a replacement for my husband's lost favorite. When he tried this on, he said, it's warm, it fits well, and is perfect. (He also made an exclamation of delight). Lorri was patient, kind and very responsive in our communications - she was even willing to make a custom adjustment to the hat to meet my husband's needs. Not only all this, the hat is beautifully made. This was a wonderful shopping experience and it was my pleasure to support such a lovely, personable and talented maker. Thanks Lorri!
