It is the customer’s responsibility to keep their items clean and protected. To keep the item dust and dirt free. Do not allow wood to get wet or rub against other items, as this can warp it and smear or remove paint.

To prevent any unwanted oxidation or tarnishing on metal, please follow carefully. When not being worn, it should be stored in a closed jewelry box/bag. It should not be touching other jewelry and never be left out on a dresser, table, etc. Copper does Patina, a type of tarnish to protect itself. Please keep in mind that this is an oxidation process and does not permanently damage the copper. It collects on the surface and needs to be polished off periodically. If your Jewelry was oxidize on purpose do not polish.

Current Production time is located on each item. Click on the item you wish to purchase, then click the shipping and policies tab to see how long it will take us to make the item.

This is only the time it will take us to make your item. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the USPS. Regular shipping will be First Class (3-5 days provided by USPS) . We will email your Tracking when your order ships.

**SHIPPING UPGRADES**
You can select to add USPS Priority or Express Postage for an additional cost, as well as adding Signature Confirmation. This WILL NOT speed up your Production time, this is for expedited postage by the USPS and Insurance.

Yes. Your package will come marked merchandise, as they are not a Gift, you are paying for Goods. Some countries may charge some form of Duty Fees or Taxes. Please look into this, if you think your country may charge this. I can not refund you for this amount, as it is paid to your government, and I do not charge for this. Thank you for understanding.

**LATE PACKAGES**
Depending on the season or where you live, USPS can get behind on their time frame. Please contact your local post office first, as I try my best to get your order shipped on time, and will not be liable for packages that take longer to reach you because of their delay, as I have no control over this.

**LOST PACKAGES**
I am not responsible for lost packages if they are coded Delivered via the USPS tracking confirmation number that is provided to you once your item(s) ship. If for some reason your package is Delivered, but you have not received it, immediately call the USPS and file a claim. Please also check with your neighbors. I will do what I can to help, however this I am NOT responsible for these packages.

Hand Stamping is using a hammer and a small metal letter/design stamp to manipulate the metal when making jewelry or accessories.

Our items are 100% Handmade by us, here at Sweet Aspen Jewels. We make each item from start to finish. We cut the metal, polish it, hammer each letter into the metal one at a time, oxidize each letter, and bend or assemble every single part of your item. Making sure to include all of your creative details into, your one of a kind item. All of this adds so much character to each of your items.

There will be slight variations from what you see in the photos to what will arrive as your order. Hand Stamping is a very unique art form, and it is impossible to duplicate exact replicas.

This is insurance for your items directly from us. This will insure your item for 12 months of your purchase date, if anything should happen to your items. If anything breaks, looses color, or goes wrong with your items, we will either re-polish, re-oxidize, or even replace it if needed at no additional cost to you =) If the item is lost, this option will replace it once at no extra charge. Also if the mail marks your package delivered, but for some reason they did not deliver it to you; their insurance will not cover this, but we will remake and send a new one at no additional charge.
