Delivery
For made to order items, please contact me at point of purchase for an estimated dispatch time. Such items are generally ready for shipping within 2-3 weeks, but depending upon size, customisation and pre orders, this timescale can vary. I will however keep you updated via email regarding the status of your order.
DOMESTIC
Tapestries now requires a signature upon delivery via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class Service.
Supplies will be dispatched via 2nd class standard service.
Delivery generally takes between 3-5 working days but please be advised this could be longer.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately I no longer ship to Germany, any orders placed will be cancelled and fully refunded.
To ensure your parcel arrives safely, all items are now shipped Internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed For Services where available. Once dispatched, I will email you a unique reference number which can then be used to monitor the progress of your delivery online via the Royal Mail Track and Trace tool. Delivery generally takes between 3-7 working days but please be advised this could be longer (4-6 weeks) due to your country's location, public holidays and customs handling.

SHIPPING UPGRADES
Domestic shipping upgrades are available. Please contact me prior to purchase for additional postage rates.
LOST & DAMAGED PARCELS
Lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the postal carrier. I cannot be held accountable for delivery negligence.
Tracked/signed items: please contact your local post office in the first instance quoting your items postage reference number. Once your item has been declared lost by the postal carrier, please contact me and I will arrange for either a replacement or refund.
For items damaged in transit, again please contact your local post office at the first instance. Then, within 2 days of receiving your item please provide me with a detailed description of the exterior/ interior damage including photos if possible. I will then arrange for either a replacement or refund to be issued. Due to the nature of my work and all items being handmade, please appreciate any replacement piece will attract a waiting time.
I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels whilst in transit on standard postal services (not tracked). No refund or replacement will be offered. Please upgrade to a tracked service for such benefits.
CUSTOMS AND FEES
The buyer is fully responsible to pay all fees, including taxes, and duties associated with shipping items to their respective country. I cannot and will not be held responsible for additional custom fees or taxes charged. Please ensure you are fully aware of your own country's custom and handling legislation prior to purchase.
