This pattern is easy and my hat looks just like the picture! I would advise buying the exact yarn specified - I tried with a different rainbow yarn and the effect was not as pretty so I ripped it out and started over.

I love the look of this puff design! It was slightly difficult to understand the wording on how to do the puff, but I figured it out after rereading it a few times. It seems very odd, but it works out in the end. I think the 3rd set of puffs will make the hat way too tall, so I only did two sets and then started my decrease and that was just the right size for me. Overall, I like it.+q
