Custom and personalized orders
Yes, custom and personalized orders are accepted. Payment is required before custom orders are created. Please include the details (names, logos, quotes) in the Note to Seller section at checkout.
*Custom work is non-returnable/non-refundable.
*A proof will be sent only upon request after the order is received.
*I reserve the right to reproduce and sell any custom sayings.
*I do not process vulgar or obscene orders.
*I reserve the right to refuse any request and issue a refund if necessary.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International and may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Delivery times vary by country. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees associated with shipping to their respective countries Delivery confirmation is provided with all packages; however, tracking and insurance is extra. It is recommended that you insure your package.
Additional Refunds and Exchanges Information
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If after receiving your order you have any questions or concerns, please contact me within 3 days and provide photo evidence. A refund or possible replacement would be offered if the item is faulty or damaged.
It would be greatly appreciated if you allow me to resolve any issues if possible BEFORE leaving any feedback.

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost, stolen, or undelivered. We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance. Bulk Orders
Yes, I do accept large quantity orders. Please contact me with the details of your request with the quantity needed, the deadline for needing the items and where the package would need to be shipped. I can check on the best shipping cost for you.
