Do you offer discounts for multiple items?

Discounts are sometimes available for customers purchasing multiple items. Please contact us for more details.

EU customs and import fees

EU CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that as with most countries that we ship to outside of North America, purchases from our store can incur customs/import fees that you as the buyer are solely responsible for paying. These fees cannot be paid or calculated by us in advance. Unfortunately our products do not qualify for the Canada EU free trade agreement as they are not originally produced in Canada, we also ship our international orders via a U.S. postal address. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions about this.

Is your shipping tracked?

Our shipping is fully tracked for our customers in the US and Canada. Tracked shipping is available to most other countries. Please ask if you require more information about your country.

Is your shipping insured?

Our items are insured if they are lost due to courier error. Luckily damage is very rare, however if it does occur we ask that you contact us straight away with images of the damage and we will issue a full refund. Please do not dispose of the items/packaging until instructed to do so.

How long will my order take to get here?

We are also always happy to discuss time estimates for your particular order, just send us a message before placing your order. Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns, all we ask is that you contact us prior to returning your items to discuss the best way to do so. Please do not refuse a delivery as a means of returning the items as this does not ensure the items will be returned to us.
