- Step 1: Pour a capful of bath foam into running water before getting in and soaking for at least 10 minutes. Bath time is great for practicing mindfulness, slowing your thoughts at the end of a busy day
- Step 2: Spritz your pillow with the perfect night’s sleep pillow mist, as you move through the night the scent will keep working
- Step 3: Just before sleep, warm a pea-sized amount of balm in the palm of your hands and massage into the skin. Cup your hands over your nose and mouth and breathe in for 7 and out for 11. Repeat several times and prepare for a lovely night’s sleep
