Custom and personalized orders
Purchases of custom personalized labels can be returned and exchanged if I made an error during the personalization process, such as misspelling or other errors/oversights by me.
For all orders, please ensure that the text/name to be custom engraved is correctly and accurately spelled in your order. The custom text that you provide including letter case (mixed, all upper, or all lower) will be utilized just as it is entered to manufacture your custom labels.
Expedited RUSH PRIORITY orders
I normally process and ship RUSH PRIORITY orders within 1 to 2 days. Rush orders are shipped utilizing expedited USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping/Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please track your shipment to see the delivery status. 3D Koala Labels is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after leaving my facility. If you do receive a torn or damaged label, please contact me for a free replacement.
