Tax fees

All orders shipped outside the Ukraine may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. When your package arrives you may have to pay additional customs fees or import taxes for which you are responsible.
These are fees that I can't quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for.
Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order.
If you think this may be the case or you have not ordered from overseas before please check with your post office prior to ordering.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I don't accept returns or exchanges .

In case of return of items the buyer pays all postage.

All custom orders, including a personalized engraving items, are non-refundable.
If for some reason something arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 3 days of receipt.
All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless you not notified in writing within a period of three days following delivery of the goods.

Parcels returned to us because of incorrect address or unclaimed, will be refunded minus 10% of the order cost and post , Not for custom orders ! (All custom orders and personalized signs is non-refundable )
All custom orders, including a personalized engraving items, place cards , and any personalized signs are non-refundable.

CANCELATION*****
- If immediately after the purchase for some reason you want to cancel your order, please contact us. If after the order has not passed 12 hours we will make a refund in full volume of 100%.

- If after the order has passed more than 24 hours and your order has not yet been made, we guarantee a 80% refund of the price. (We are working through an intermediary, so we cannot get back their commission).
- If your order has already been made, but not sent, and for some reason you need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee a 50% refund of the price.
- If your order is already shipped, no refund will be made.

1) Contact me ASAP and send me a photo of the damaged items next to the USPS package so I can file a claim with USPS.
2) Please keep the damaged items in case I am asked to send them to USPS for proof of damage.
3) Depending on how soon your event is, I might be able to send you replacement.

I will do everything I can to mitigate the issue.
I will let you know what your options are, and at that time, you may choose to take that chance

If you leave negative feedback without allowing me to solve the issue, I will not offer any solution and/or send replacement
