It is nice but is a lot darker than the picture portrays. Also the pic on it is very realistic, but you can definitely tell it was a pic because the design on the urn is only about the size of a 4×6 maybe 5×7 and only on one side of the urn and you can see the perfect rectangular outline. The scene is rather small for that size urn. It's truly a beautiful picture but doesn't look like what the ad depicts. With how dark blue and the small picture size it blends in and isn't so easy to see. Also it was 2 days late and I emailed the seller twice and never received a response. I did buy another urn from this seller and it was as shown. Regardless of the depiction of this urn I would purchase from this seller again. I would however recommend when selling something important to hold your loved ones cremated remains it must be on time.

I canceled order 20 minutes after I ordered urn because of size. I emailed seller twice after cancelling I was charged and Item was sent anyway. I am not sure how your cancelation policy is set up. Thank you.

Customer was credited back. Since we try to ship same day..customer's order was shipped prior to receiving his cancellation.
