✤ Sometimes skirt length could be more longer, we trying to do the best, but sometimes it's happen like this. For alteration we not covering fees.
✤ Fabric color’s shade is not all the time same. If you planning to order few dresses for bridesmaids, you should order all together or let me know how many girls will be and to order separatly in max 3 days all the dresses that will be made from same fabric roll to avoid color shade mismatch.
✤ Express Shipping to EU countries takes 2-5 days, to USA, Canada, Australia and to other countries it takes about 2-9 days.

Having this dress 'made to measure' was so convenient and much better value for money than buying a dress off the shelf and having it altered. I also cannot believe Neringa made the dress and dispatched it so quickly that I received it all the way down here in Australia eight days after I placed the order. I purchase 'staple' formal gowns fairly regularly as a wedding performer and I will not hesitate to purchase from Neringa again in the future.

We making dresses by measurements, also we can do small changes in dress model.
In order's note, please write your height, bust, waist, hips measurements.
Sizing details
Dresses fits for 170- 175 cm/ 5ft7- 5ft9 in height. If you are lower or higher, please write me - because part of waist has to be lower or higher, as well as the length should be according to your height.

Refunds and Exchanges
❖ If you are not satisfied with the received dress, please contact me first and we will solve this problem.
❖ No refunds for custom made orders. (Made by measurements and other dress model changes).
❖ Buyer pays return shipping (by registered mail). Original shipping cost is not refundable.
❖ I am not responsible for delay and damage during the transportation.
❖ If the dress does not fit and we agreed for return, you should send it back within 5 DAYS from the date we agreed, on condition that the returned item is in original condition: without wearing, trace of perfume, washed, spoiled in any way.
❖ The refund will be performed immediately after the item has arrived back to the seller.
