RETURNS:
• No returns on personalized/custom item(s).
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (please inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery).
• Item(s) must be in brand new, perfect, unused condition.
• Item(s) will be shipped at your own cost, and a 10% restocking fee is required.
• Item(s) must be shipped to the return address provided within 14 days of delivery.
• Forced returns are not allowed. Shipping costs that result will be the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds.
• If all conditions are met, your refund minus the restocking fee will be issued after return has been successfully received in new, perfect, unused condition.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE:
• Your item(s) will be replaced. Photo evidence is required.

Although sooner is always better with made to order products (for any potential unforeseen and unexpected production delays), you should order your items by:
• December 5th, Noon. (Standard Shipping).
• December 7th, Noon. (Priority Shipping).

Yes, orders placed after these dates very well may arrive in time, but I don't like to take chances when it comes to Christmas gifts, so I won't make any guarantees.

The final production/printing is done through a trusted USA production partner utilizing USA workers. 😊

• Gift messages can be printed with your mug(s). Your message will be printed on the packing slip near the bottom.
• Sorry, but at this time I do not offer gift wrapping/packaging.

Please be aware that every monitor is calibrated differently resulting in slight variations from what appears on the screen, appears between different screens on different devices, and the printed color upon the final printed mug. Amy's Coffee Mugs is not responsible for these variations.

• You will be sent a proof image via Etsy message for your review and approval before your mug is produced. You need to approve this proof in a timely manner or your ship-by date will be moved back.
• You are responsible for verifying that the spelling and information is correct. Once you approve a proof, you agree that everything is correct. No refunds will be given for incorrect personalization on approved proofs.

Mugs are shipped to the shipping address provided in your order (unless you can notify me of any error within the 1st hour after purchase).

Check your order confirmation email as soon as you get it to verify all details are correct.

We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the delivery company. I will work with you to get a replacement, but you must follow the steps below before the replacement can be sent.

RECOMMENDED STEPS TO TAKE:
• Verify the shipping address you provided in your order is correct.
• Check with anyone who may have picked up your package for you, or anywhere the package could have been placed.
• Contact the delivery company to verify delivery location. They can pull GPS coordinates to determine delivery location.
• If necessary, file a missing package report and contact your local authorities to report the package stolen if all other avenues have been explored. Package theft is serious and must be reported.
• 14 days must pass.
