What SIZE should I get?
Great question! Don’t use listing photos to judge. Check sizes in listing options.

Need a Different size?
We can make different sizes, on a case-by-case basis. Some designs can be adjusted, while others cannot. Message us BEFORE purchase with the listing from our shop, and your dimensions in whole inches. Tell us if you’re wanting the sign oriented horizontally, or vertically. We will take a look to see if we can make your size, or not.
Is this a CANVAS sign? It looks so real!

Is it FRAMED? The picture looks like it has a frame.
Some canvas sign styles give the appearance of a framed sign — The front and sides are *NOT* framed, although these unique designs provide the artistic illusion of molded metal or wood-look framing, without the added weight!
Our canvas is gallery-wrapped, museum quality art, carefully and tightly wrapped around solid dried Pine wood support bars, by expert artisans, ready-to-hang on your wall!
Canvas signs can be hung directly from the top support bar, or from pre-installed sawtooth hangers. Many Canvas sizes can easily be held by push-pins or command strips, depending on your wall surface.

Can your Canvas signs be hung OUTDOORS? ~~~ Do you offer METAL signs?
Our Canvas signs generally work well in outdoor *covered/protected* areas. As long as they don’t get wet, they hold up just fine!

Can I see a PROOF of my Personalized design?
YES! Your purchase includes one Proof, exactly like the text you typed into your order. Proofs will be sent in Etsy (not email) AFTER purchase. Fast response from you keeps your sign on track! Delayed reply (24+ hours after proof is sent) may cause delays for which we are not responsible, and we may adjust your "ship-by" date.
If we do not hear back from you *within 48 hours* of when your proof is sent, your review is ASSUMED and we will continue making your sign exactly like your proof and your order.*
We do *NOT* create proofs before purchase. We spend considerable resources designing proofs, and unfortunately we cannot provide these services free of charge. Message us BEFORE ordering with any questions or requests.

Need help PERSONALIZING, or have a MODIFICATION request?
See “Add your personalization” in the listing.
For other changes, message us *BEFORE* ordering. *After* we've worked through and agreed on all details with you, leave notes in your order, so we can flag your order as a Modification request. (Conversations are key to work through specifics first, and order notes ensure our team doesn't overlook a request!)
We accept requests on a case-by-case basis, after careful review for the high expectations of our label and client's satisfaction. Although just about anything could be printed, that’s not how we roll at ToeFishArt! We want your artwork to be SUPERB!
Note that some requests will require additional design fees and time.

Want different COLOR or STYLE options?
Style options vary by design. We are able to adjust most lettering and background coloring.
We are also able to “swap” many background and lettering color styles; if you see a sign you like, but want a color scheme from a different sign in our shop, let us know, and we'll tell you what can be done. Message us **BEFORE** purchase with any questions or requests!
Want it less Rustic? - More Modern or Minimalist?
Many designs can be adjusted to remove some (but perhaps not all) of the rustic details.
Some designs also work well with a clean-modern, completely non-rustic style.

Do you ship OUTSIDE the U.S. "Lower 48" States?
YES!
☞ Hawaii and Alaska: ADDITIONAL shipping charge may be due, depending on the item and size. Message us *BEFORE* purchase for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska!
☞ Shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico or Australia? We got you! We can deliver most items to Canada, Puerto Rico or Australia. Orders can be placed from any listing! (except Wood signs) Applicable shipping charge will be added at checkout.
☞ Shipping elsewhere around the globe? Send us an Etsy message with the listing, size, and delivery address, and we’ll provide a quote!
☞ Shop prices are in US Dollars. International currency will be converted by Etsy in your cart/checkout. Etsy may charge taxes as applicable.

How do I place an ORDER?
1) Select your sign from our shop.
2) Select SIZE from button. Don’t use photos to judge. Carefully measure and mark a size on your wall with blue painters tape, to step back and see that in your space!
3) IF there is a second button choose from options.
4) For personalization — Type the EXACT text you want to appear on your sign in the “Add your personalization” box. (Your text must match the portions meant to be personalized. If it doesn’t, message us before ordering!)
5) Complete your purchase! (Make sure to use a Street Address for shipping, not a PO Box or mail service center!)
6) For personalized signs we will send a Proof for review!
