Frequently asked questions
Do you offer proofs?
No, we do not offer proofs. We want to ship your order as quickly as possible, and proofs disrupt our workflow. In some select cases, we may offer a proof for large custom orders.
Can I change the shipping address?
Please double check your shipping address prior to finalizing the purchase. Due to the volume of orders we have, we are unable to change them once the order is placed.
We will gladly reship packages that are sent back to us, but we ask that you cover the cost to ship it out a second time. The customer is also responsible for additional shipping costs when packages are returned to us because of invalid addresses, failed deliveries, shipping issues, etc.
The customer is responsible for providing a safe and secure location for deliveries. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered to your address, we are not responsible if it gets stolen or misplaced.
What to do if item arrives damaged?
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving order.
Can I make changes to my order after I submit it?
No. Because we receive a high volume of orders and messages every day, it's unlikely that we will see your message before making up your order. We have a very quick turnaround time so we are not able to make changes once an order is placed.
