I cannot say enough about Folk and Funky and the Customer care that they give their Customers. They exceeded my expectations, Big Time!! I had a deadline to get this beautiful Duvet Cover I ordered to my friend before she left on her loooong holiday vacation. Folk and Funky did everything in their power (and then some) to make sure my friend received her gift on time. I couldn't be happier!! Never received item. Dealing with my CC company for refund. The vendor did not seem to want to help. Too bad... I really like the design.

After not hearing from the buyer for 22 days I had assummed the issue was solved and he found his package in the mailbox . I cant help if there's not communication letting me know the issue wasnt solved. I offer great customer support, and will do an inquiry with USPS about this package. I had already called them and we double checked shipping address with the label. Im very sorry there was an issue , but I needed to know a day or two later that there was an issue with USPS.
