HOW TO ORDER:

To order please add a note in the text box provided with your personalisation requests, stating which wellington boot design you wish to purchase for each family member, for example:

'Footer - skirting board

Garland/bunting/shelf - Dog walker - Red lead

Header - The James Family
Sub header - 2021 (please provide ‘none’ if you would prefer no sub header)

Boot/Pet order from left to right:
Girls- 6 - Elsie' (age 4)
Mens- 1- James
Womens - 3- Charlotte
Girls- 7- Amber (age 2)
Pets - paw print 2 - Jack'


We are able to fit up to 6-7 wellington boots on to your print, if you require more than this please contact us before placing your order and we will advise as to whether this is possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

All bunting and boot choices can be found by scrolling across the photos attached to this listing.

note, 'none', 'girls/women/men' and children's ages will not be printed, it is for instruction purposes only.

Please provide the children's ages in order to for us to be able to scale the wellington boots to the correct size and/or in age order, if the children's ages are not provided we will scale the children's boots to a generic size for all.

We have designed our wellington boot print so you're able to choose an indoor theme or outdoor theme, team a shelf with either a skirting board or drop shadow for a cosy indoor look, or create an outdoor theme by styling one of our grass footers with our bunting options!

PROOF REQUESTS:



We are happy to send a proof upon ordering for personalised items, we are able to send up to two proofs per print. If you would like us to send a proof please specify this by selecting ‘yes please’ in the drop down menu, please ensure an email address is also provided in the personalisation section incase we have difficulty contacting you via Etsy. Please check your 'spam' folder to ensure our message has not been missed. IMPORTANT: Please do not reply directly to an Etsy email via your email account, as we sometimes have issues receiving these messages, instead please sign in to Etsy or email us directly via the email address we provide with your proof..

Due to Etsy requirements we are required to dispatch the item by the processing time we state in our listing, if we have not had a proof approval within this time, we will adjust the dispatch date by 10 working days to allow you further time to approve your print, although once you have approved the print your order will be dispatched within 2 working days from receiving your reply, we will not need the full 10 days to dispatch your order. If after 10 working days we have yet to hear from you we will dispatch your item without proof confirmation so not to delay your order, and so we are adhering to the Etsy regulations.

OTHER PRINT DETAILS:

This listing is for an unframed print, which is protected in a cellophane sleeve, carefully wrapped and well presented to ensure a safe and enjoyable delivery to you. Your order will be delivered in a hard backed envelope with additional protection to ensure your print arrives safely with you. For larger orders we send our items using a packaging box.

The size of this print is a4, and it has been printed using a specialist fine art printer onto 230gsm printing paper stock to ensure a high quality finished print.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds or accept returns on personalised items, this is due to the nature of the item as it cannot be used or resold. If in the unlikely event the item has been damaged in transit, lost or a fault has been made on our behalf we will replace the item on a like for like basis.

We also ask that our customers include clear and precise instructions for personalisation following the examples shown in the description section of each product, ensuring all option choices, grammar and spelling are correct when placing their order.
