***What if I need to Ship an Order to the address DIFFERENT from my Etsy Address?
If you wish your item to be shipped to a different address, please send me a note immediately once you place your purchase so that I can change it. If I mail your order prior to you sending me a request for an address change, I wouldn't be able to reimburse you and I thank you for your kind understanding.
***LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:
I am not responsible if a package/item is lost,damaged or stolen in the mail.
If this should happen, the buyer must file a claim with the USPS.
We have very rarely had lost packages and would not be able to reimburse you in case your package gets lost, but please contact us to see what we could do.
I do not refund shipping charges.
***You will likely receive you shipping information several days before your item is packed and shipped. Please allow us the time to pull your order, pack it and ship it. If your item has not begun moving after 3 business days, please let us know!!
***All orders are shipped by US Postal Service, from West New York, New Jersey.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. So please look through, read through thoroughly before making a purchase. However, in the event that you realise there has been a gross misinterpretation of the item upon delivery, do drop me a message immediately and I can work something out.
***UNCLAIMED/RETURNED PACKAGE:
If your item is returned to me in the mail (unclaimed/wrong address) the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs to re-send the package back out.
***VINTAGE CONDITION:
Please note that all vintage clothings are pre-owned, and as a result may have signs of wear and tear. I try my best to describe each item, and indicate any significant defects (e.g. stain, missing button, tear). I will also take a close up photo of the notable flaw so you can make a better judgement when purchasing.
***Please note that the colour shown on your screen may vary from the actual colour of the garment, since monitors might display colour differently. That said, I will try my best to use the photos that best represent the actual colour of the garments.
