To ensure timely processing and delivery of your custom item(s), it is important to provide prompt approval of the design. Delays in approval or any additional design request may result in a delay in the production and delivery timeline. If there are significant revisions requested or if there is a delay in your response to design proofs, it may affect the overall turnaround time of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: if you purchased right before the weekend, you will receive your proof after the weekend. Orders that are placed right before, or during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

- All of ours banners that are 10ft. wide x 8ft. height (or 8ft. wide x 10ft. height) and below are shipped rolled (no folds/no wrinkles)
- All of our banners that are 10ft. wide x 10ft. wide and over are shipped boxed and folded (will have fold lines). These are easy to remove with a blow dryer

Our 8x8 and 10x8 backdrops will be shipped as 7.4x8 or 10x7.4 due to Fedex new shipping guidelines, this way we can still ship your backdrop rolled

We kindly request all customers to upload images or graphics of excellent printing quality

Please note that we cannot be held responsible or accountable for any pixelation or blurriness in the end product due to the use of low-quality images provided by our customers. As a result, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer refunds or reprints.

During the design process, we provide you with a preview of how the final print will appear. This preview serves as an approximation and does not fully represent the exact print quality. The final print quality will depend on the provided file resolution. As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide images of sufficient quality for printing.

For all of our items, it is essential to approve your design before printing.
Once you give your approval, your item will be going into production right away.
After the approval, no further changes can be made to the design or any other aspect of the item.
We recommend double-checking all details before giving your final approval.

Thorough Review:
It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the design, including spelling, grammar, and other details, prior to giving your approval. While we strive for accuracy, mistakes can occur, which is why we strongly recommend a careful review. The final approval rests with you.

No Refunds or Reprints:
Once the approved design is printed, no refunds or reprints will be provided.

We aim to provide accurate shipping estimates and reliable delivery services. However, please understand that shipping times and delivery dates are not guaranteed.


For time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend upgrading your shipping method to ensure timely delivery.

 We recommend adding express shipping to your order if needed within 14 days of purchase

Shipping Carrier Delays:

We want to inform you that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or logistical issues, are not within our responsibility. We apologize for any inconvenience, but no refunds will be given due to shipping delays.

We strive to provide accurate and vibrant color reproduction for our print items. However, it is
important to note that color variations may occur between the digital representation of colors on
screens and the final printed product. Please be aware that colors displayed on computer
screens, mobile devices, or other electronic displays may appear differently than the printed
colors. We do not accept returns or offer refunds solely based on color variations between the
screen and the printed product

If there is any issue with your order, you must report the problem within five (5) business days of
receiving the item. We kindly request that you open the package and inspect the product
immediately upon receipt. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the
item that occurs after one week from the package receipt.

If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will gladly provide a refund or reprint.

We cannot offer refunds or reprints for issues resulting from low-quality images or
customer-approved designs.

If you want to cancel your order and the design process has started already, a cancellation fee of
$39.50 will be deducted from any applicable refunds.

Kindly be aware that there will be an extra shipping charge for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. For these states, an additional fee for express shipping will apply.
