Additional Etsy & American Express Shop Small Promotion (the “ Promotion”) Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for the Promotion and receive the Etsy Credit, you must be a resident of the United States, you must make a purchase on Etsy.com (either through your Etsy account or by checking out as a guest buyer), and you must spend a minimum of $USD20 in a single transaction using your American Express Card. In determining eligibility, Etsy will validate residency requirements based on transactions made by purchasers with a US region setting in their user settings on Etsy.com and the billing address associated with the Card used for the transaction.
Redeem and spend your Etsy Credit before it expires at 11:59:59 PM EST on December 31, 2018.
General Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Promotion
Applicable taxes, shipping or any other costs charged by the seller in connection with the transaction will not apply towards the minimum spending requirement. The purchase amount will be calculated after applying any coupons or discounts. Purchases made with in-person payments, checks, money orders, other, made on Pattern sites, or in currencies other than $USD are not eligible for this Promotion.
Your Etsy Credit will be issued via e-mail two to four days after payment for the qualifying purchase is completed, or as soon as possible thereafter. You must sign into your Etsy account to apply your Etsy Credit to your account for use. If you do not have an existing account, you must register on Etsy in order to apply the Etsy Credit to your account for use. The Etsy Credit will expire if not redeemed and used by December 31, 2018. All Etsy Credits are subject to the Etsy Gift Cards & Etsy Credits Policy here.
There is a limit of one $10 credit per person during the Promotion period. Void where prohibited by law or on items ineligible for this Promotion (such as purchase of additional gift cards). Etsy Credits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If you violate these or other Etsy terms and conditions, then, at Etsy’s sole discretion, your Etsy Credits may be deemed invalid and may be rescinded. If you return, or seek a refund on, a transaction that resulted in Etsy Credits as part of this Promotion, then, at Etsy’s sole discretion, your Etsy Credits may be invalidated or may be deducted from any refund consistent with the seller’s policies and Etsy policies.
