For customized invitations, when placing the order, you need to provide me your info for the event (date, time, names, location, register, rsvp etc.) in NOTES TO SELLER BOX. Within 36 hours proof will be sent via etsy convo.
For editable invitation templates, you will get an e-mail with a link (Corjl) from where you can access your template.

All items in my shop are DIGITAL, printable files which means you print as many as you need as you will get JPG and PDF ready for print files.

I suggest printing on white (matte or glossy) WHITE card stock and you can print them at some local professional printers (Staples, Fedex, Office Max, Walgreens, Kinko's, etc). You will need to save the files to a USB and take them to printers or email them.

• Proofs: within 24 hours of payment (via etsy convo) and receipt of all information needed for the proof.

The files are already attached to the listing and will be available to you automatically upon cleared payment. They will NOT be sent to your e-mail.

Files will be available to download directly to your COMPUTER from your Etsy account. Once your payment has gone through, hover over "Your Account" at the top right corner, then click "Purchases & Reviews"..or can be downloaded from your invoice.
Please make sure that you are downloading the files to your computer (not smartphones & other devices).

You will need an extraction program to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs available, we recommend WinZip, 7-ZIP (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users). If you are on a iphone or ipad you will need a free third party app to open .zip documents such as Winzip or izip.
