Custom and personalized orders
We definitely do custom orders! Message our shop if you would like for us to create a custom piece for you.
We reserve the rights to the pieces we create. We may place any custom designs on social media, and also may create a shop listing to sell the custom design on Etsy.
Additional stain colors
Yes, we can customize stain. The stain we use for our listings is dark walnut. If you would like a specific stain color, message us to see if we can accommodate your request.
Shipping
The majority of our packages ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS. We occasionally ship with FedEx.
Our stated processing (turnaround) times do not include shipping transit time. Once a sign is dropped off with the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over when your sign will be delivered. We are not liable for delays due to the shipping carrier.
Shipping fees for each listing are intended for customers in the contiguous 48 states. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii as well, but shipping fees will vary from the original shipping fee listed. Please message our shop before your purchase for a shipping quote.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship to countries outside of the United States.
