Most of the items I have for sale can be altered - please contact me with your requirements.

This varies depending on the size of the order, the complexity of the items and the availability of stock.
Once everything has been confirmed and paid for I try and get everything finished within 4 weeks. It can be longer if I need to order in specific flowers etc from overseas.
You will be advised at point of ordering, and kept up-to-date with my progress.
Bear in mind that it can take 2-3 weeks to post orders to countries outside of Australia.

Please be aware that some materials may not be colourfast (mainly the feathers). To be on the safe side, please do not get them wet while wearing them.

PLEASE KEEP THEM AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN AS THEY MAY BE A CHOKING HAZARD!

First, rub the feathers or boas between your hands, gently but firmly. This makes the individual strands more fluffy. You can do this with boas as well.
The next step is to steam the feathers.
Place the lid on a pot of boiling water covering about 90% of it. This will focus and direct the steam. BE CAREFUL when working with steam. It is very hot.
gently put each individual feather into the stream of steam forcing its way out of the pot. DO NOT put your fingers in the steam. (A tea kettle works well for this purpose too.) This puts moisture back into them, expanding their appearance. This is especially true for peacock and ostrich feathers.
They can be washed in tepid water & gentle soap. Feather dyes ARE NOT COLORFAST Do not mix colours

All sizing is approximate as it is very difficult to get the exact length or width once made up.
I try to be as accurate as possible.

In the case of my wedding flowers, unless they are listed as a "buy it now" item, then no.
I custom make my wedding flowers to your specifications. The photos are there to show what I can make and are of items I have made in the past.
If you like a particular item, then I can copy it as closely as possible, however the exact content may vary a little depending on the availability of the materials used.
