If you accidentally purchase a PDF, I will not be able to replace it with a paper pattern since once you download a PDF pattern, no refunds are permitted. However, I am happy to help walk you through any printing problems you may be having.
I always refund significant shipping overages. Often, too much shipping is charged with multiple item orders and I am able to send in a less expensive way.
