Order processing time is listed and we often are ahead of schedule. All Priority and Express mail upgrades include insurance! Standard and free shipping is sent via USPS first class mail and does not include insurance. Items that leave our shop are in pristine condition. Any damages that are incurred during shipping must be claimed through the shipping company.

If a special request is sent after an order is already placed, we will do our best to apply the change, but if the order is already in process, it cannot be changed.

Coupons or special sales may not be used with custom or bulk orders. Coupons may not be used on sale items and coupons cannot be doubled up. We reserve the right to cancel any coupon coupon or sale and will notify the buyer if there are problems with the use of the coupon.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. If you realize an error before your product has shipped, we can try and update the address. If your product has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Should a package be returned, the buyer is responsible for any fees associated with return shipping from the carrier and then back to the buyer at the proper address.

Carbon and stainless steel can be affected by rust if those items are not cared for. Preventative maintenance is the best way to keep your metal items looking like new. Always wipe them off with a dry towel after they get wet. It is also a good practice to keep a light protective layer of gun oil or air tool oil on the blade to further protect your engraved item.

In order to keep your custom order moving along, we need to have the engraving instructions sent at the time the order is placed. Please spell check and proof your order prior to sending it to us. In some instances, if we have not processed your order, we may be able to make changes to your request. Please contact us right away if you need to make a change.
