Zipped Oversize Parka with Stormwear™

Once again I was very disappointed, I was expecting a silkier fabric........loved the could and style though

I normally take a 20/22 in an M&S jacket, but the 20 that I ordered was HUGE so I got it in a 16. That fitted, but it was still an entirely shapeless jacket, and I returned it too. The main problem, as far as I can tell, is that the basic shape is boxy with huge batwing sleeves. So if you imagine a fabric box with droopy extra material from armpit to elbow, that just about sums it up. One nice thing I can say about it is that the viscose material is very good, and makes for a useful jacket. (I have a grey M&S parka in viscose, bought some 10 years ago, and still going strong. Shrugs off showers, keeps its appearance well.)

I agree with the second review entirely, unfortunately I had sent for the jacket before reading the review. It arrived very creased was large and hung like a sack. It is going back!

I was really attracted to this casual smart lightweight jacket to wear instead of a cardigan or formal jacket and was not disappointed when it arrived. A beautiful blue, choice of sleeve length and smartly casual. Would look good over a dress, trousers or jeans. Arrived without a crease! A good length with drawstring on cooler days.

I was very disappointed with this. It was very large and baggy, arrived very creased and was clearly going to crease in wear. The price is exorbitant for an unlined jacket of this quality. i have returned it, which is a shame because it looked such a useful garment.
