Frequently asked questions
What if my item arrives broken?
Breakages in the post, will obviously be replaced if possible, or refunded if not.
But please open the parcel as soon as you receive it, and check the item.
If you leave it 7 weeks to let me know the item is broken, as someone
just has, I may not believe it was broken in the mail!
What if I don't like my item when I receive it?
If you simply don't like the item you receive, then please notify me immediately on receipt, and then return it, well wrapped, preferably in the original packaging. When I receive it back in the condition it left here in, I will happily refund the cost of the piece.
What if I have ordered a custom item in the wrong size or spelt my personalisation wrongly?
This seems obvious, but I have to say it. I consider it your responsibility to make sure the item is the correct size, and that you have spelt the name correctly. I cannot be held responsible for these mistakes.
How are items sent?
I pack incredibly safely, nobody wants to receive a box of shards!
For UK items, I send Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is very reliable and usually takes the same time as 1st class, which is much more expensive, and no longer guaranteed next day.
For international orders I send Royal Mail International Tracked, so that we can all watch the parcel's journey and check that it has gone to the correct place.
What if I have given you the wrong address to send to?
Please don't do that!
I'm always amazed at people getting their own addresses wrong, but obviously that is not my responsibility.
If the item comes back to me as undeliverable ( and they don't always ) because of that, then I will need to charge for extra shipping to send it out again.
