The time taken for your item to arrive will depend on the listing purchased.

All items have a dispatch time listed - this is NOT the time it will take to arrive to your destination - this is the time it takes me to make your item.

If you are ordering outside of the UK your item can take up to six weeks to arrive so please bare this in mind if you need the item for a particular date

once your item has shipped you are responsible for ensuring someone will be at home to receive it. i will not send any valuable overseas items without a signature as to avoid theft so you will be responsible for keeping an eye on your tracking information and ensuring someone is home to sign for it.

Due to the current pandemic situation royal mail are at breaking point. They are delivering until 9pm to try to clear the backlog but first class items are taking up to 3 weeks to arrive from UK to UK at the moment. I am unable to add any further assistance into tracking your item so please be patient whilst royal mail try to clear the backlog.

Any items ordered after the 4th December UK will unfortunately be unlikely to arrive by Christmas. This was stated on the listing when purchasing and also in my shop announcement.

If your item still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks please contact me and I will investigate.

international orders

if you were expecting your order by Christmas and you live outside the UK your order should have been placed by the 10th November. items are being held at customs for weeks and are taking up to 6 weeks to arrive overseas

If your item still hasn't arrived in your country after 6 weeks please do the following checks first

Check the delivery address is correct - ensure your delivery address matches the address you entered when purchasing

Check with neighbours or in your safe place

Check your tracking information provided (if applicable) on the dispatch notification email

If you have done all the above and still haven't received your item please contact me, I will be happy to help.

It is impossible to calibrate every single phone/tablet/computer screen so that they all show the exact same colours.

Your item may vary slightly in colour to what you see on the screen but rest assured this isn't a wild variation of the colour - you will not receive a pink item when you asked for black for example but the shade of black may be slightly darker/lighter than what you see on your screen.

Absolutely - providing the item hasn't been personalised or customised in any way you can return for a refund

Providing the item is returned in its original condition and has not been damaged or marked in any way and is unused.

You - the buyer - are responsible for paying the postage and I recommend sending tracked to ensure the safe arrival of the item.

Once your item arrives back with me I will issue a refund minus the cost of the postage once it has been inspected.

Please take clear photos of the damaged item as I will need this to claim from the courier company.

Please contact me within 24 hours of your item arriving.

If you fail to contact me within 24 hours I will assume the item was not damaged in transit and you will not be entitled to a refund.

if you click onto your order in your orders section you will see the dispatched by date of your order. If the item was sent with delivery confirmation there will be a number there which you can copy and paste into the royal mail website. the outcome will likely say "we've got it" or "an update will be made when we attempt to deliver your item" this means your item is in the system and on its way to you. I am unable to provide any further information other than what is provided on the screen so please be patient, your item is on its way.
