Currently, Etsy hasn't made it possible for you to download your patterns within the app. To access the PDF file, you'll need to log into your Etsy account via a browser which can be done on any device.

You'll need the latest version of Adobe Reader or similar PDF reader to be able to open the file. The files can be used on your phone, eReader or tablet, as well as your laptop or PC.

I am unable to email the files to you, please use the download link provided.

Although I'm a VAT registered publisher and all of my patterns and eBooks have ISBNs, Etsy hasn't made it possible for me to make my prices VAT-inclusive - i.e. I as the seller pay the VAT - and neither do they reduce the rates of digital VAT for legible products.

Frustrating as this is, if you're an EU customer I suggest purchasing from my website, Payhip or Ravelry stores where you won't need to pay the VAT on top of my listing prices - you will pay the same as my non-EU customers.

Currently, the patterns and eBooks that I have listed on Etsy are only available in English but I do hope to add a few more language options in the future.

My website is currently being rebuilt and that will host all language options of my patterns!

I am Autistic and disabled, and because of this I'm unable to provide individual help via private message or email.
