Sterling Silver (925) is a precious metal that naturally tarnishes over time. This oxidisation of the metal is no reflection on its quality, it is a natural reaction of the metal to the oxygen in the air. You can remove this by gently cleaning your jewellery with a soft cloth. Please never use a silver dip to clean your jewellery. To slow down any tarnishing, store your jewellery in a container (ideally a lined box or soft pouch) away from direct sunlight.

Please take care when wearing this gorgeous jewellery as contact with household chemicals, perspiration, chlorinated water, or lotions/ cosmetics may cause corrosion and tarnish
It’s a good idea to remove silver jewellery when doing household chores, sunbathing or swimming.

Please ensure that any information, spelling, dates, etc are correct when you order. I will create what you order and unfortunately I cannot refund for items which are later deemed incorrect because of an error on the buyers side. I will make every effort to contact you and confirm details if I see something which I am unsure of, but the onus will be on you, so please do take a moment to double check!

If the item is required for a specific date please do ensure you leave enough time for creation and delivery. Please message me about this too.

If you decide to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary posting.

If the item has already been posted please return the item to me within 14 days unused, in the same condition it was received and in the the original packaging.

Please advise me as soon as possible that you are returning it and please ensure you have proof of posting.

Refunds will only be issued upon the safe and undamaged receipt of the returned item.

Return postage will not be refunded.

If a bespoke/personalised item has been started then sadly, the order may not be cancelled.

For health & safety reasons earrings MAY NOT be returned for refund.

For custom orders the order will not be created until all details of the order have been confirmed & agreed. Please ensure that if a piece is required by a specific date you have allowed enough time for creation/delivery.

For peace of mind I use 1st class Royal Mail Signed For delivery within the UK or Special Delivery should it be necessary. This, in theory, should be delivered the next working day, but delays can occur. Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until ten working days have passed, at which point a claim can be made.

For deliveries outside of the UK I use Royal Mail track & trace service. A package is not considered lost until 20 working days after posting to Europe and 25 working days to anywhere else in the world

All shipments come with a tracking number.
After shipping, you should be able to track your box to its destination, however, please note that Royal Mail tracking information is sometimes delayed or not up to date, and often not available for international packages once they leave the U.K (particularly true for Canada) If you provided a correct shipping address upon checkout but your box does arrive or gets lost in the mail, I will do what I can to help you find the box. However, Grace & Valour I may need to wait for Royal Mail to admit that the parcel is missing/claimable before i can send out a replacement item.
