Announcement
Hi! The paper sculptures I design may look impressive but are easier to put together than you think. With a healthy dose of patience, deft tweens, teens and grown-ups alike are able to make their own with pride. So can you! JUST TAKE YOUR TIME and everything will be fine!
🌵Every model comes with a practice template (cactus)🌵
In my Etsy shop you can purchase downloadable papercraft patterns. Print them on your own cardstock, then you will magically turn them into actual 3D paper sculptures for your walls, using scissors and glue! I'll show you how with a step-by-step assembly guide and some tips along the way.
📩 If you feel stuck anyway, I am super available to answer any of your questions, even on Sundays. Please don't hesitate 💜💜

5 out of 5 starsThe designer was VERY helpful and answered all my questions, AND has an option to upload/download an SVG file to work with a Cricut cutting machine. Can’t wait to do the project and post photos :)

5 out of 5 starsEasy to understand instructions and the project flew by once I got started! Don’t skip tracing the lines with the ball point pen, it makes it 10000x easier to fold

5 out of 5 starsThe whole process was delightful! It took me 5h to complete the shark (and im not a pro). Was correctly explained and the support received was fantastic! I like it so much that I already bought my new project. Probably in the future i will build the shark with thin metal sheets (relief foil).

Frequently asked questions
I never made a sculpture before, is it for me?
Surprisingly, yes. If patience is one of your skills, then go for it!
Those sculptures may look impressive, but they are designed with *motivated* beginners in mind and have been tested by true beginners. The process of assembly was made intuitive enough to relax your brain so that you won't have to figure out what step you should be taking next.
The enclosed illustrated instructions make things even easier as they suggest where to start to glue each piece.
That said, I wouldn't recommend the shark or the wings as a debut model.
Can your sculptures be made by children?
I would rather say adults and teens above 13, just to be safe.
What do I need to make those sculptures?
■ Printer or your local print shop
■ A4 Paper (160-220 gsm) or US Letter (65 lb cover) like this one for example: https://www.amazon.com/Neenah-Astrobrights-Premium-Assortment-Inches/dp/B003A2I6T2)
■ Cutting tool
■ Scoring tool (the dull side of a craft knife, dried out ball pen, etc.)
■ Ruler
■ White glue
■ Pin or nail
■ And obviously, a wall.
What type of paper do you recommend? What kind of glue?
■■■ PAPER
Coloured or patterned A4 (160-220 g/m²) or US Letter (65 lb cover)
American friends, this kind of cardstock is fine (this is *not* an affiliate link): https://www.amazon.com/Neenah-Astrobrights-Premium-Assortment-Inches/dp/B003A2I6T2
■■■ GLUE
Quick drying white glue! (mundane quick drying wood glue, or Aileen's, or Elmer's, or Mod Podge, an so on).
I recommend against glue sticks or transparent liquid glues., they make things messy.
Don't worry, all these recommendations are reminded in the instructions along with extra advice on how to glue properly.
I don't know where to find that kind of paper! I don't even have a printer!
Go to your local copy store with a thumb drive. They usually have a wide range of paper colours, and if you are lucky, various weights. They will print your template for you for next to nothing.
Ask 180 gsm (65 lb cover) in priority, then 160 gsm if they don't have 180. (The tutorial is to be printed on regular office paper, or not to be printed at all)
Do you offer refund?
I do, as long as *none* of the files have been downloaded.
What is the least time-intensive paper sculpture you offer?
The smiling foxes: https://www.etsy.com/listing/559469025 or
The bunny in a suit: https://www.etsy.com/listing/521588445
I want to make one for me and one for a friend of mine. Do I have to buy several times?
You don't have to buy the file several times, you can make several sculptures from the same file.
I'm just asking you not to share or publish the files though, and not to use them for profit of any kind, as my work is copyright protected.
Can I sell paper sculptures that I make from your pdf templates?
YES. The only thing I ask is for you to buy the file (once is enough).
However, you can not resell the files either in their digital or physical form. The templates and instructions are copyrighted.
