Payment must be made before any item is shipped. I am happy to accept PayPal payments, or payments by card via the normal Etsy checkout procedure.

You can pay with PayPal even if you are not a registered PayPal user. Once you checked out on Etsy, and submitted your order, click the "Pay now" button. On the bottom of the PayPal page you will see the option to pay with a credit card without having to register.

I am happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. This is already reflected in the item prices. Due to the way shipping is calculated for multiple purchases, the shipping fee can seem high when adding more than one item to your basket. However, I should spot this and consequently refund the postage 'overage'.

The item will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy profile, unless you tell me in your "Notes to Seller".

I aim to despatch ready-made goods within 5 business days (i.e. Monday-Friday), however, personalised items might take a few days longer than this (around 2 weeks (usually less), depending upon my print run schedule) - so please order well in advance).

A proof of postage receipt featuring destination address will be obtained for all posted items - a copy of which will be available upon request.

If you prefer to receive your goods via tracked mail please contact me before buying and I will inform you of the additional cost for this service.

When shipping from the UK to overseas destinations where the weight of the package is paramount to the cost of postage, all efforts will be made to pack the item safely and to keep the weight of the package to a minimum so as not to increase shipping fees. This is reflected in my shipping fees for the item.

My items will be packed very carefully, but unfortunately I cannot be responsible for delays, lost packages or damages that may occur during transport.
