Orders are shipped with priority airmail, which does not come with tracking but only with proof of shipping, which I always keep in my records in case any issue arises.

It is under customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping address. In case this aspect is neglected, I am not responsible in case the package is lost, nor I will be able to provide a refund.

I do my best to make sure customers will not have to pay any customs fee; in the unfortunate case the package will still be charged with such fees, I will not be able to cover for them as they depend on the customer's own country policies.

I am aware that many of my pictures have been stolen by sellers on Chinese websites, where they are used by various sellers, without my authorisation, to lure buyers into purchasing dresses of horribly cheap quality. Please, be mindful of this scam when shopping online!

As a business owner, I now take the appropriate measures available to avoid false claims of items arriving "destroyed" and subsequent refund requests.
Any attempt of purposefully damaging my designs in order to 1) get a refund, or 2) to fabricate some social media scandal, will be liable to prosecution and I will seek compensation.
