• How long will it take to receive my order?
If your order is an INSTANT download you'll have instant access to your items.
For all personalised orders you'll be messaged draft(s) via Etsy messaging within 1-2 (usually 1!) business days. Once approved your file(s) will be finalised and emailed over.

• What is your RUSH order service?
Drafts are always sent out as quick as possible but if you need your order quickly select our Rush Order options and you are GUARANTEED to have a draft messaged to you the same day. (Please remember that we are UK based so if you're an international buyer there is a time difference!) As soon as you've approved your draft(s) your order will then be finalised immediately and emailed to you straight away.

• How will I receive my file?
If you've ordered an INSTANT DOWNLOAD you'll have immediate access to your file(s). You will be sent an automated email with link to download but you can also refer to this article for a guide on all the different ways you can access your files: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949
If you've ordered a personalised invite or set your file(s) will be emailed to you via WeTransfer. WeTransfer is a secure file sharing and storage site. You won't need an account to access your files. We use WeTransfer because the email size with attachments can end in inboxes blocking us as unknown contact. WeTransfer tends to eradicate this problem. The link that you're sent will EXPIRE within 7 DAYS so please try and download as soon as you've received this email.

ALL DESIGNS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. DESIGNS MAY NOT BE ALTERED OR SOLD COMMERCIALLY. Files may NOT be shared, COPIED or TRANSFERRED to any third party.

? FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ?
• Can I use a design for a different event? (For example, can I use a birthday invite design as a baby shower invite?)
For most invite designs all text can be customised so they can be adapted to any celebration. Just contact us to let us know what your event is we can discuss this.

• I need more text on my invite than displayed in the examples, will this cost more?
No- We may have to make your text smaller in places but there is no limit on wording on invites. If you’re worried your invite will look too crammed just message us before hand and we’ll advise you.

• Is this a printed invite?
NO! All our invitations are digital files. NO PRINTED PRODUCT WILL BE SENT. Your digital file will be edited for you and you will be emailed high resolution file(s) once you’ve approved your order.

• My print shop has specific dimensions, can you work to their file specifications?
Yes!- Please take the time to find out prior to ordering if your printing service has certain requirements and let us know if you need different measurements. If different formats are requested once an order has been approved and finalised there will be additional reformatting fees.

• Is the Invite one sided?!
Your invites are provided as digital files and will come with the artwork demoed in the example pictures. If there isn’t a “Back” file shown, there is no “Back” artwork provided. Our optional backings are not personalised. We can do this for you at an extra cost, please do get in touch prior to ordering if you have any queries.

• I love an invite design but would like the colours to match my colour scheme. Is this possible?
Yes!- If you would like the artwork colours to be altered there will be an extra charge however as this involves more work. Contact us and we’ll send you a breakdown of our editing costs.

• I love an invite but would love it if you could incorporate some more imagery that goes with my party’s theme. Is this possible?
Yes! There will be no charge to remove graphics. If you’d like new graphics to be incorporated in your design this will cost more. Just get in touch and let us know of your requirements and we’ll be able to let you know of costs.

• I've ordered personalised file(s)- will I receive a proof?
Absolutely! Your order will only be finalised and emailed over to you once you've approved initial draft(s). These will be messaged to you via Etsy so please keep an eye out for any Etsy notifications and check that the correct email address associated with your account.

• What are your business hours?
We're UK based and work Mon-Fri 9.00-5.30pm GMT. However we do still process RUSH orders outside of this time frame.

• Do you take custom requests?
Yes! Just message us to discuss your custom order.
